Holly was very nice and helped explain my hearing loss, what to expect, my best options, etc. Everything was very easy and smooth. Only four stars because the insurance aspect isn't well understood.

I was very pleased with our experience with ENT Specialists.  We were given information and not pushed one way or another regarding a tonsillectomy.  When we decided to have it done, we were able to get surgery scheduled over the phone, received a ton of communication leading up to the surgery.  Surgery went great, no complications and recovery was exactly as was explained.  Very professional, would definitely recommend.

I have been a patient with Earth, Nose and Throat of Wisconsin for over 5yrs and every encounter has been a pleasure. This is a highly professional group. I strongly recommend you try them if you have a need.

Holly Rusch Cloutier is excellent, and the hearing aids from this clinic are not only the most up-to-date, but they cost as much as $2,000 less than those I've priced at store front clinics. These audiologists have masters and doctorates, not short-term training seminars from a manufacturer or seller.
