Purchase a 2013 Chevy Equinox a year ago and still have the car for a year now. Very reliable vehicle. Never had any major problems at all just replacement of a battery. But everything is still running great. I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle with them. Feels like home and the staff there are awesome and understanding. They truely stand by there vehicles and plan on buying any future vehicles with them. Very honest company. Great staff!!!!

Only interacted with them twice. Went to see a Suzuki Sidekick specifically (vehicle I've always wanted and are hard to come by), drove an hour and a half to get to their location. Found some broken things on it, largest being the rear door wouldn't stay shut and it really needed a new roof. Went back home, then they told me a few days later they had repaired the door. Drove out a second time to see it. The door was not fixed. If they had taken another week to fix it i would have understood, but I drove three hours that day because they lied about a half-hour repair job, that doesn't show they care about their customers. Took a second look since i was out there and found the engine was burning a lot of oil and it had a seized 4wd hub and other small issues. The more we looked, the more we found wrong. They also were not willing to drop the price the amount of the repairs. If you buy an older vehicle from these guys I highly recommend bringing someone mechanically inclined and using a very fine toothed comb.

Edit: Regarding their response: They said the door was fixed, I drove out and it was still broken. That is lying, the salesman said it was fixed and it wasn't, I'm sure they fixed it after that though, but that would have been after I drove out the second time. Also, as I stated, they would not drop the price the amount of the repairs, as they say they did offer a some off their price, but I would have never gotten everything fixed for $1000 unless I could get free labor somewhere. At no point did any of their employees inform me that the 4wd hub was seized or the vehicle was burning so much oil, we had to discover that ourselves.

Bought a car from them 14 months ago. Have had over $2,000 put into it for repairs. That is not my major issue. I put a lot of miles on my car so I can understand some maintenance work. But they sold me a warranty with they car and told me it was good for 3 years. They never said anything about number of miles. Well just found out I am over the miles and now I need to pay another $2,000 for more repairs. If you want to buy a car from them you can. Just make sure they tell you the whole truth!!!!

My husband and I bought a used Mercedes Benz from Jeff's Northshore Auto. Our experience from beginning to end was great. All of the staff were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend Jeff's as a place to find your next used vehicle.

We have purchased many vehicles from Jeff and get our vehicles serviced regularly. He is willing to work with the customer to make sure they are satisfied. He is great to work with. Highly recommended!!!😁
