My friend and I had dinner here last week - we chose this restaurant because my friend has a gluten intolerance and they have gluten free fish and chips (which is a rarity)! We got seated quickly,... and unfortunately that was the only quick service we had for the remainder of the visit. Our waitress was a really nice girl but just a really awful server. Very forgetful and absent minded. Took forever for drinks, even longer for food... admittedly FORGOT condiments we asked for. My friend got fries and we waited over 15 minutes for ketchup. It was pretty unfortunate because it ruined our otherwise good meal.

I had the best experiences here when I came with my boyfriend for a few drinks and some dinner! Our waiter was a girl named Victoria she was so sweet and bubbly I absolutely loved her! The food was pretty good as always but I must say the waiter makes all the difference and I will definitely be going back to this location hoping I get the same one!

Although I do enjoy taking advantage of half price wine night and 3$ Bar Rail after 9pm. I have to say that the kitchen needs to learn how to cook. When you ask for medium rare and get a well done dry steak you may as well have just served me dog food. It's unfortunate because my recent travels to Kelowna BC to Earls On Top was a great experience with amazing food. Maybe take a little more time training the cooks in the kitchen. I would really like to keep enjoying my weekly dinner and wine nights with friends. 

Very friendly wait staff, very accommodating. 
Great atmosphere, good music.

Had the best experience here thanks to the bartender Julian! Great customer service and super friendly to talk to. Always exceeds our expectations every time we visit & always look forward to coming to Earls when he's working. Always an anjoyable experience here, thanks Julian!

Julien was the best bar tender and waiter we've ever encountered. Our group was thoroughly impressed and amazed at the level of service and care we got from him. Great food and overall amazing place!
