A great place to shop for fresh, organic produce, vegan and gluten free prepared, hot and ready foods and groceries. Also a excellent place to get natural supplements, vitamins and other remedies. For those that prefer a more typical diet all meats are also organic. Well worth checking out if you haven't.

Michelle on cash is rude, short and doesn't care about the environment. "Plastic bags are classy" was her exact comment to defend why the store doesn't charge for plastic bags. Wouldn't hurt for her to smile once in a blue moon or say thank you to her customers. On a positive note, Nicole on the other hand should get a raise. Not only is she so friendly and knowledgable but she makes a damn good pizza too.

This is my favourite grocery store of all time. Here's why: Family owned and operated. 100% Canadian. All produce is organic without exception, so shopping is a no-brainer. Organic food prices are better than big grocery store chains' GMO/pesticide food. Amazing selection of vegan dairy & meat alternatives. Personal Care products selection is huge with great prices!

We LOVE this store - PLUS it's only 15 min from Milton! Hands down the closest organic store for us living there. The produce is all organic and very fresh. I don't mind paying more for organic and I'm tired of seeing wilted/sad produce at the other grocers out there. Some of the highlights is that this place is a one stop shop. You won't have to go to multiple stores to buy all of your organic, healthy, gluten free or vegan products. Lots of variety and their hot and prepared food section is yummy. Great supplement section too. We've tried Goodness Me (but produce isn't as plenty or as fresh), Organic Garage (best prices, but limited - I have to go to multiple stores to do my grocery shop), Whole Foods (unimpressed. especially how they charge organic prices for conventional produce). Good job Nature's Emporium!

If I wrote this review within the first few weeks of the store opening, I would have scored it higher. It is a beautiful store. It is very large and bright and fresh. It has a huge selection of products and food (although we find the prices much higher than many other competitors). For the most part the customer service is great (a few exceptions). But the reason I am writing this review now is that we are totally disappointed with the hot prepared foods. The first few weeks the hot prepared foods were amazing! We picked up food for our family 4-5 nights a week after work (around 5:00 pm). We raved about the food to people, encouraging them to try it. But after a few weeks, the quality and selection deteriorated. The first few weeks, the quality was amazing, there was awesome selection, and the food was fresh. I don't know what happened, but it fell apart in my family's opinion. We have been in probably 12 times since then as we haven't been able to buy anything. On multiple occasions, many of the food trays have what looks like scraps where 90% of the food is gone and 10% of the dried out bits remain. And this is always at 5:00 pm, prime time for fresh food to be available. In this case, if they do not have anything to replenish, they should be removing the tray as it is better to have nothing, than unappetizing scraps. Also, the selection has been really poor lately. At first there was always a couple chicken options, some beef options, some pork options, some fish options, as well as vegetarians and vegan options. Lately, the selection is much less. We are truly disappointed because we eat organic and have very busy lives and don't have time to cook dinners each night. We were very excited at first to have some delicious, organic, hot prepared food options, but now we will have to drive further out of our way to a competitor's location as we have given it at least 12 more chances and nothing has improved.
