Eason did a great job with our roof replacement.  The crew was prompt, courteous, hardworking, and paid attention to details.  I was consulted on the few issues that were found and was allowed to give the final decision on how to move forward.  It means a lot when a company could increase profit by pushing you in a certain direction, but instead presents the information and allows the homeowner to make the final decision.

A friend told me about Eason when I had a troublesome leak that developed since a Charlotte contractor replaced my roof 4 1/2 years ago.  My request for help from the Charlotte contractor who originally installed it went no where.
I contacted Eason (a good friend recommended them) and a very knowledgeable gentleman came to look at my problem... I receive a reasonable estimate from Eason and engaged them to fix my issue.  Within a couple of weeks, two roofers showed up and proceeded to do a first rate repair for me -- not just smearing goop to plug it for a year or two, rather they fixed it right for the long haul....good work from professionals and a little under the estimate.  This is a glowing review because Eason did a great job for me and one of my neighbors.  
I met Frank Eason recently and had an opportunity to thank him for the job his guys had done.
I'll never use another roofing contractor in this area.

I had a new roof put on 8 years ago (by another company) and it leaked after 1 year.  I've tried to get company's out to fix it over the last 5 years with no luck.  Then finally someone recommended Eason Roofing.  They came out and got me all squared away.  Now after 8 years..my roof finally is leak free!  Highly recommended! Depandable and trustworthy

Quality, professionalism, and care.
The Eason Team led by the company's owner and a chosen few far exceeded my expectations.  I thought that this type of craftsmanship had disappeared, I was mistaken after seeing this teamwork unfold on my property. From the very beginning in choosing a new roof to the last detail on the ground this company worked hard and long hours to make the job perfect in every way.  No detail was left undone. Protecting all the ornamental trees in the yard was a sense of accomplishment as well. Frank's team has moral obligation and respect for each other with the  knowledge to do the job right the first time.
It doesn't get any better than this!
