My Co worker referred me to these guys and I am very pleased that I went to them first. I recently bought my Honda Odyssey at a great price with very affordable payments. My wife and I were searching for quite a while and got a great deal on our van. The staff is very professional friendly and cool and they made the entire experience very easy and stress free. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will be referring as many people as possible to these guys.

Here you go folks. ..A true fisherman going after the Big Catch with their shabby worm…. My first email from East Coast on 7/21/15 in response to my interest in 2001 Ford Escape:. This truck is worth $5,295 and the carfax adds $790 to the value which makes this particular truck worth $6,015 and we have recently reduced the cash price down to $4,995 so this truck is a great deal. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to call us directly at 410 282 797 and we will be more than happy to help.. I went; I saw; I drove. Looked nice; drove okay ; had been MD Inspected…So I bought July 22nd and one week later the problems began: Engine Light came on and East Coast said to take it to Auto Zone for a reading. I took it to Auto Zone (1st Reading). - Aug. 3rd and the following reading reported: P0430(catalytic convertor/O2sensor/engine oil leak). Dropped vehicle off to East Coast on August 6th-a new catalytic convertor and battery was installed and told it would be ready Aug. 7th. Stopped by Aug. 8th to pick up and was told not ready (NO call)..Picked it up the next day then noticed car kept shutting off when in park. Called them and was told to drop back off Driving down the highway (97N ) to drop off and vehicle completely shuts down and had to pull on shoulder and wait for East Coast to tow.. A couple of days later they call to say Remote Power Train has been replaced and car fine. Picked up on Aug. 13th and two days later Engine Light back on. Auto Zone(2nd Reading)- Aug. 16th –P0430 (Catalytic Convertor/Engine Leake/O2 sensor). Dropped vehicle back off that evening. Aug. 18th they call and say it’s another catalytic convertor that needs to be replaced (this vehicle has 3 convertors). I asked Bennie: “so now you’re replacing 2 of the 3 convertors so I can assume the last one will also be replaced?” YES, was his response and the second convertor was back ordered but I could pick up the vehicle and drive with the Engine Light on. I did not hear back from them (several emails requesting update on the convertor parts were ignored) until August 27th when they stated they were backed up but would be able to replace the convertors on Aug. 31st. Dropped off on the 30th and picked it up that evening and Engine Light back on before I could get home.. Auto Zone (3rd Reading)-Sept. 1st: P0443-yadda yadda…. I emailed East Coast about this light and received no response until Bennie called Sept. 3rd to say he knew what the problem was: FUSE needed to be replaced and he’d drive to my house that day or in a day or two so that I would not need to drive AGAIN (thank God for EZ Pass time line documentation) over the Key Bridge. . He’s the Invisible Man again…NO response/NO communication…SO..over the Key Bridge for the 20th time (20 Miles one way) on Sept. 9th…Smug Bennie put in the FUSE and said, “See, problem solved. Engine light off and your tags will be in tomorrow.” Thanks for saving me a trip Bennie when you knew I was driving over here today and then would have to drive back over the bridge again tomorrow.. Tags picked up Sept. 10th then Sept. 12th went out to start vehicle: Engine light back on; terrible gas smell; car rattling terribly and very loud. I call Bennie immediately and tell him the problems and he says , “will have a tow truck out later today.” YEAH, you guessed it..NO tow truck and NO communication..Just disappeared…..Like Anonymoussssssss stated 3/19/13:they never fixed it and stop answering my phone calls and never returned them .
