I have bough a few trucks here over the past few year. The sales department has been ok but the service departments is the biggest crooks I have ever seen in action. I've watched them over the past 2 hr. Prey on old people and up sale different parts and services that are not need. The icing on the cake was when I was told that I needed to pay $248.00 to have my tires rotated while paying for a oil change tire rotate service. $39.00 I guess the service rep didn't know I was mechanically knowledgeable. He Continued to feed me BS on why I had so many extra expenses to get my tires rotated. This place is a joke. Never come here for service.

Gene is awesome. He is honest and trustworthy. I wanted to look at a used Ford Focus and Gene told me initially they couldn't find the keys. Next, they found the keys but the car wouldn't start because of a dead battery. Finally, Gene called me and explained that it's more than the battery and the vehicle will not be ready to look at until next week. This is the type of honesty I expect from a dealership. Gene saved me the trouble of driving there just to find out the car doesn't work.

Took my car in with 1500 miles on it in for a fluid leak and all they did was top it off with more fluid. I guess it wasn't magical fluid cause this is underneath my car 100 miles later. I'll be going somewhere willing to fix the issue this time. Thanks for nothing!

Lacked in Customer Service. As I walked in nobody came up to greet me, even while some of the staff was not with a customer. I asked about military discounts and none were offered. I tried to ask about working a deal for the vehicle I was looking into purchasing, nothing. Went to Academy Ford for my purchase, they were willing to offer military discounts.
