So helpful and the cheapest around! I showed up after finding the store online. He didn't have the right screen to fix my phone that day so he offered to make a free appointment to come out and see me when he got it in. He showed up and 25 minutes later my phone was good as new! Very nice, best prices, and a great small business. Will 100% use again if I break my phone (but I really hope I don't break my phone)

TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE AT VERY REASONABLE PRICES.
My Macbook Pro stopped working altogether 1/19/17. After spending about 4 hours on the phone with Apple Support just to realize I wasn't going to be able to take the next remedial steps I started looking for local tech support near Rhinebeck. Javier was the first person to return my call and the only one able to help. 

I was in his Hopewell office the next day dropping my computer off for a new hard drive. Unable to get back down to his office 40 minutes away, Javier delivered my fixed computer to my home for a nominal fee on the 26th. He charged me no more than he said he would: the cost of the new SSD and his very reasonable labor for installing it. 

Everything worked well. For a day. Even though the glitch turned out to be  the brand new SSD which was outside of his control, Javier assumed responsibility of the situation and replaced the faulty SSD with a brand new one, at no cost to me. 

I was and am very grateful to Javier for looking after me. I was able to collect my fixed Mac before leaving the country for several months - hence the delayed review. But now I can testify that my mac has been working perfectly ever since Javier fixed it 5 months ago. 

Javier and his lovely wife Karen make an honest, professional, trust-worthy, and courteous partnership. I'd return to them if I needed help with my computer again, and I recommend them highly.

Sent an email to (4) Computer Repair businesses looking for service. Javier responded with a text and said he would call at 10am, which he did. Still waiting for the other (3) to respond. That says a lot about his business. Made arrangements to drop off my desktop for repairs and upgrades. Javier and Karen were courteous and knowledgeable. Service, parts and associated fees were explained and seemed reasonable. When I came back to pick up the computer, Javier spent the time to review what he did and made sure I was comfortable with the upgrades before I left the shop. Would use his business again and highly recommended

Javier was extremely helpful.  He not only fixed the laptop but delivered it to the house,  I then ordered a new wireless printer and he came to the house again to deliver and set up,  He stands by his estimate and is a man of his word and honor.  He did fine work and i would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help with their computer, laptop or accessories.  Thanks for everything!!!!
