I have banked here for over 17 years and they have always been very helpful in any situation.

I've used this credit union for some time. Whenever an issue arises instead of trying to solve it, they insist it is your fault. Their customer service is less than favorable. If you leave a message the answering machine says they will get back to you but not once have I received a phone call.

Normally I don't write reviews it's actually my first, but talk about horrible costumer service! I went in to enquire about a loan. I was told yes the best thing to do is go the dealer get the vehicle information and come back with the quote they give you. I drove to Blackfoot got the quote came back the same day with the quote in hand. Mildred glanced at it and said sorry we don't do utility trailer loans. I would try Idaho central credit union. Wished she would have asked me more questions instead blowing me off, When I first initially enquired about the loan. It's not like they were busy I went in first thing in the morning and I was the only costumer. I did end up going to Idaho central and was able to obtain a loan through them. One good thing I guess! Once again this morning I went in and asked if she could pull a history from my previous loan and print it out for me. Once again bluntly And rude she said we just updated our system so I don't know if I can. I Questioned her a few times demanding the statement and finally she said I will look into it asked for my my number. She said she wouldn call me. I am not counting on her to call me it was obvious she didn't want to help. I will just have to visit another Branch to get the information I need. After I get the statement I am closing my account.. #failing East Idaho Credit union!
