Tanner, one of the employees, was not very helpful or friendly when I called with a question about my most recent deposit. He before I fimished my question or recieved my answer he hung up interrupting me with a "bye have a good day." I just opened and account at Zions Bank and I am deciding on closing it now... Not very satisfied with this transaction.

Zion's Bank is wonderful. Their customer service is the best you will find. April is my favorite teller as she is super fast and friendly at getting exactly what you need done. Caroline is also awesome at helping you setup accounts. Thank you all for the wonderful years of service you have given us.
