The people working there have the worst attitude imaginable.  My aunt is bilingual and took the test for her health card in Spanish years ago.  This year she took it in English.  She PASSED her test and headed to the health department to get her health card, however the lady at the front desk refused to give it to her.  The lady told my aunt that because the test was taken in Spanish years ago that it must be retaken in Spanish in order for her to get her health card! WHAT?! How does that possibly make sense? Have these workers never heard of a human knowing more than just one language?? What a shame.  So disappointed in this place for hiring people that aren’t suitable for the job.

People were fantastic. Prices were ridiculous. $15 fine for a health card that obviously wasn't late, u had no intention of ever needing one again. Plus, they hate vets.

Really disappointed, its says it closes at 5pm and we got there at 4:40 and it was closed. Online it says they close at 5 and in the door it says at 4:30.

I went there to get a flu shot, I was told they stop checking people in at 4 o'clock. I looked at my clock it was 4:02 pm. The attitude of one of the two females up front was at it highest, didn't want to be bother as I mentioned it was only 4:02 thinking they could have done an exception, what was I thinking right.  If this is how the rest of the service is going to be, I rather not come here at all.
