I called the VA because they did a hernia operation in 1999 and the hernia feels like it is ripping open, most likely my fault because I have lost 60 lbs in the last eight months . The help that I got from the lady was so very professional I am sorry that I didn't get her name because she deserves recognition. I am really grateful to the VA and its staff for their professionalism.

Kiosks do not have travel claim. Must go thru clerks. After my appointment was completed I have spent up to 30 min. Trying to see a clerk for travel reinbursment. A waste of time for everyone.

The website says it opens at 7:00 AM - this is wrong. Doors don't open until 7:30 am. What is unfortunate is that no one appears willing or able to change information on the website.
