Best teeth cleaning I have ever had. The low star rating is for the customer service in person at the front. Liza is awesome, but a few others I have had to deal with over the phone and in person left me grateful when I finally went to another dentist. They also have long waits.

Most unprofessional clinical experience I ever had the misfortunate displeasure of expirencing. The customer services reps were rude, and deceitful. Oftenly 2 English speaking reps would converse with one another in a different language in front of me, although they both spoke perfect english. When I had arrived I was informed that all services must be paid for in full on the spot before receiving treatment. Me being a poor college kid, and my only other source of income apart my minimum wage paying job being my single mother who doesn't make a lot of money, and no insurance, I thought this was ludacris. I was in there for an STD test, and I'm sure anybody can understand the psychological toll of not knowing weather you have a disease or not, except for these people. after being threatened that if I don't come up with the money on the spot that they will refuse treatment. I finally got to speak with the supervisor who reluctantly allowed me to pay at a later date. When we were discussing payment, the price had quadrupled. When I had asked why, it was because they wanted to give me multiple tests, when I had just agreed to one. after much discussion the supervisor apologized and informed me she 'didn't know what was going on' I ended up getting charged 30 dollars for an hsv test, when regularly it only cost only $15. Originally they were trying to get me to agree to 4 tests, which the total for was 60 dollars. Then when she agreed to let me take 1 test, which cost 30 dollars, that would mean the other tests would've cost 10 dollars each. When I had went in to get checked out, it wasn't a lisenced physician checking me out, it was a registered nurse trying to diagnose my situation. apparently to these people 2 years of nursing at a local community college is the equivalent of 10 years of med school/residency. after being tested, and anxiously waiting for over a week before I got my test results, I was informed that I'd have to come back to the clinic, pay another fee to see the doctor before I got my test results. I thought I had all ready payed for my test results? The day when I came in to make my payment, one of the workers had the audacity to announce what test I had taken (herpes), to the entire clinic. This was the last straw. I have written a letter to their corperate headquarters, and I am also in contact with my attorney. Do not do business with these self-centered, apathetic, dis-compassionate, sorry excuse for health care workers.
