Find another vet. The staff is routinely rude/does not seem to care nor remember pet owners or their pets. Every time you call for pretty much anything, its a hassle. The vets are largely uncaring, and just looking to rush through your appointment so they can get to the next. The office is tiny, not clean, and when you call, they routinely cannot even hear you if there are even minimal people in the waiting room. All in all, a horrible experience. I urge anyone to take their pet somewhere else that shows any level of caring or service, not just trying to rush through as fast as possible to make money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! especially if you are black, I brought my dog in because he got nipped by a dog and it grew into a wart. Once I brought him in they drained the puss and blood out of wart, but then the doctor with blonde hair (pretty but racist) kept asking me how did he get bit. I told her he was playing with another dog and he got nipped but also never showed signs of being hurt until the bite got infected. She kept asking me how did he get bit in the first place repeatedly and indirectly said I was abusing my dog. She then recommend me to see a surgeon because she said the swelling wont go down and that I needed to comeback two days from then. His swelling went down in 2 days i cancelled my appointment and never went back and now he is healthier then before.

As a first time client I could not be happier -from start to finish a pleasant experience!  Super clean and modern.  NO unnecessary wait time.  The vet tech completed a very thorough profile on our Frenchie and asked me all sorts of questions.  Dr. Manning was great.  Amazing "bedside manners", patient and very thorough.  I asked more questions than I probably should have but got reasonable answers that made sense to me.  Eddie did not get anything that wasn't necessary, quite the contrary.  I feel our dog is in excellent hands with Dr. Manning and we are considering having Eddie neutered by him.

I brought a few of my pet hedgehogs here when they got sick since they treat exotic aninals. After taking them to the back to examine them, they always ended up dying in their care, & always asked to disect/examine them since hedgehogs weren't very know to veterinary medicine...

I recently got a new puppy and got a free visit here for him, however I will be continuing my puppy's care here. It's clean, staff is polite, if you're a new pet owner they will definitely answer any questions and be helpful.
