My dog was hit by a car as a puppy, so you can imagine my fear of anything happening to this dog again, including him getting sick. After a scary incident over the weekend, I knew I needed to get him into see a vet ASAP but am beyond picky when it comes to where I take him. The entire staff at First Avenue Veterinary Hospital could not have been more helpful, any smarter, warmer or patient with my million questions. They made me feel like I could stay all day asking questions, as I was never rushed or treated as if I was being annoying (and by question 100 I knew I HAD to be at least a little annoying to them... they never showed it!). I can’t recommend this vet enough and if you care about your small furry baby as much as I care about mine, then take a breath and know you couldn’t be in better hands!

Everyone is so wonderful at this hospital! I have a crazy black cat, and they are so amazing with him, from shots to nail cutting. We love you guys! Thank you!!!!!

I bring my two Chihuahuas to First Avenue Veterinary Hospital for all of their care. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I love the flexibility of scheduling appointments online (and they have always squeezed us in when someone is sick). They even send me text/email reminders when the Chi's vaccines and meds are due. Most of all, I feel confident that Dr. Poller and the rest of the team are taking the absolute best care of my little guys. It has been so great to have them right here in the neighborhood.

I highly recommend Dr. Poller and her staff, they are amazing professionals who care and take time to make sure you understand what is necessary and what's best for you fur-baby. They're awesome and I would not trust just anyone with the care of my fur-baby, only the best for my Tango!!! Thank You Dr. Poller and Your most friendliest Staff, You Guys Rock!!!!
