The Dental Hygienist named Nancy told me not to expect too much, since I am on Husky C  -- that was right before she started cleaning my teeth -- not very professional as far as I am concerned.

My entire family has been going to them for over 15 years. I love them. Everyone is great--friendly and efficient. Nancy (the hygienist) is the best! She is meticulous in her cleanings and educates my kids at the same time. They love her!

Worst experience in my life even after reconstructive surgery.  They said i had 12 cavities when i had none they filled 7 after choking me+ cutting my tounge with drill he also gave me nerve damage.  I went back to my family dentist when my insurance changed + they told me i didnt have the 5 remaining cavities eastern ct dental said i had.  Office n nurses very rude.  Very short with patients.  Even after all that i experienced the worst pain + had to go back n have the head director dentist guy fix all my cavities.  N he said hes deeply sorry.  I don't remember the dentist name i told him please be careful i have alot if scar tissue n he said my names eric n gave me 3 shots later causing nerve damage.  I got 6 metal plates in face n head 7 gr surgery surgery done threw my mouth.  N eastern ct dental cavity filling was traumatizing,  idiots.  Scam fraud.  I have no cavities just 1 n wasnt where this dentist said it was.  They still claiming i have 5 more.  Lol my dentist said i do have a white line on my teeth that could turn into cavity but they should of never touched ur teeth.  Eastern ct dental you are a nightmare!!!!

After a painful experience at another dentist's office, I decided to give this place a try, and now I won't go anywhere else. I used to be terrified of dental visits, but not anymore. I have never experienced any pain during a procedure, and the staff is very friendly. I do have insurance, but when certain things aren't covered they usually work out an agreeable price. I have recommended this office to my family and friends and will continue to do so, I've been going for about 5 years now and have never had a negative experience.

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST OFFICE  I will be reporting this place to the ADA and to my insurance company . For fraud and for trying to do stuff that was not needed nor discussed with me. And my phone calls prior to going to my last appointment were ignored and never returned i had to go to my normal doctor to have them get me more antibiotics !! Very very poor quality office with extremely rude staff and dentists.!!
