Was going here a few years back and they gave me one price before the work done which was paid out of pocket that day by check since I didn't have insurace. Then months later when going back for something completely different to be worked on they tried to tack on another $1,000 some dollars onto the previous visits work!!! So they refused to work on me until I paid the extra they tacked onto the previous visit. You don't raise the price after we already paid And left and months went by!!! so needless to say we found another dentist. But now I see it is on my credit report!! These people are crooks and not to mention rude. I'll be disputing the account on my credit and also reporting them to the BBB. Stay away from this place.

I waited 45 minutes for my appointment while my insurance was "verified." I was taken to the back, where I sat in another chair for approximately 15 minutes. The dentist saw me for approximately 2 minutes. In that time, he told me that I had a cavity, the cost for him to fix the cavity, and that I could use braces. I'm 27 years old, have never had a cavity in my life, and saw an orthodontist when I was younger. I was then moved back to a "cleaning" chair, where my teeth were cleaned for literally 4 minutes and not flossed at all. This was the second time I had gone to this "practice" for a cleaning, and the second time I experienced a subpar cleaning without flossing or review from the dentist. The office is extremely salesy, pushing teeth whitening and various other products. I have since seen another dentist and do not have a cavity. I would not recommend this office!

Ok so here’s the thing with eastern dental in marlton. I really like going here I’ve not had any issues with the staff being rude or unfriendly. Their scheduling is really terrible though. They only schedule out 3 months and you need cleanings every 6 months. They also have A LOT of clients. They should either limit the clients they take in or change their scheduling. I just tried to make an appointment for December and they don’t have any appointments until February. Then the girl tells me that she can’t book February yet because that schedule isn’t available yet. I will be finding another dental office because I’ve never had these kind of issues in the past with other dental offices. If you are looking for a dental office you may want to find another.

I had braces under the orthodontists' supervision here for 2 years. They are now off and I couldn't be happier with the result; they are perfectly straight! I highly recommend going to this office if you want clean and straight teeth. Superb.

Accepted an appointment for my 4 yr old 2 months ago and come to find out that, even after 2 calls to move it up sooner because of a cavity, he was too young to be there in the first place. Too busy to notice or meet the needs of their patients.
