We usually order from this restaurant & the food is pretty good but not this time.  We ordered 2 meals that contained chicken & low mein. I'm sad to say the chicken was missing & the low mein was not fresh, tasted a bit old & salty.  Our chicken meal was all bread. We opened each piece in the meal & there was only bread in every piece or predominantly bread.  The people who own the place are kind & hospitable, so we called to let them know that our order was not as it usually is. The call did not go very well. All we were offered was a free egg roll with our next meal.  Sad to say, we are looking for a new place to eat from now on.  I only gave 2 stars because the people I speak to are kind.

The food here is great. I would say this is my personal favorite place in Winchester.

I will not eat here again! I orderd hot and sour soup and it was thicker then brown grave, kind of like clumpy gravy. I also ordered a party platter of chicken lo mein it was very overcooked and taste it off. Do not recommend!

Decided to check it out. First time here and ordered pork chow mein never again there was no pork to speak of in it at all, no flavor in it at all. I have eaten Chinese food from a lot of places so I ordered a very simple meal never again will I come here.Food: 1/5

Just moved to the area from the DC Metro where there is tons of restaurants with various cuisines available. I was scared at first to move to Winchester but finding this place made me feel at home! Great food at a great price!!!

I ordered dinner for my friends and myself, it was a disaster! , ,  from the time the guy took the order, he kept putting me on hold, and after about 10 minute I finalized my order and ask for it to be read back to me to make sure this guy got it right and he did and it was right, WELL NOTHING WAS RIGHT! ,!n the address he wrote down for delivery person was wrong , delivery drive had to call us to find us, AND IT ONLY GETS WORSE FROM HERE!  Of course the food was less than warm, , so we got NO RICE for our entrees, 1 shrimp roll when 2 Were ordered our sweet and sour chicken came as a combination plater instead of the LARGE I had ordered, the sns chicken, just chicken and red sweet sauce, where I come from that would be an in complete dinner, it should have carrots and peppers, onion, and PINEAPPLE, THERE WAS NONE, SO COLD FRIED CHICKEN ANS SAUCE, OH AND did I mention NO RICE!! , The chicken lo me in so much garlic it was unedible, the fried dumplings NO DIPPING SAUCE!!! No soy, duc,or mustard sauces, I called three times and every time they said they were sorry!! , The MU SHU PORK was floating in a sea of liquid, it smell and tasted bad, as liquid dripping out of the pancakes you wrap the mu shu in!!!   WELL I’m sorry you stole $70 from me because that’s what it feels like!!! I gave them one star only because I had to give a star in order to write this review they get no stars in my book do not order food from this place.. the worst customer service, food and employee that doesn’t listen when someone’s making an order and then to put the whole order together and not put rice or any condiments with it it was half of meal and half of the meal was terrible!!! , ,

My Szechuan chicken and egg drop soup was delicious but my girlfriend's Hunan shrimp sucked and they didn't bring her egg roll until she asked about and it five minutes after the main entree. Then we became dehydrated from all the msg

Ordered the sesame lunch special and the coating on the chicken was too tough, didn’t taste fresh. Rice was the same way, it looked very dark, also didn’t taste fresh.

One of my new favorites, consistantly good food, service and prices.  I have had many menu items and would rate each excellent.  We usually do carry out and everything is packaged well, my son has been pleased with their quick delivery.  Dining in today Christmas Day! and service is fast and friendly... and festive
