I was disappointed with the quality of food. The food was lukewarm and seemed more processed than fresh. My baguette was the best part of the meal. That was at least fresh and soft. I will give Panera another chance to exceed my expectations and hope that my last visit was a fluke. Fingers crossed!!Food: 2/5
Came with 3 others. We ordered using the kiosk. The restaurant was not very busy. There was not a table big enough to seat us that was cleaned off. Small bits of trash across the floor. Served one of us the incorrect salad and left removed items on my customized bbq chicken sandwich. When it was remade the center of the sandwich was cold and there were random bits of avocado. First time I’ve dined at Panera and it will be my last.
I tried the soup in the bread for the first time, but the soup was very little, a big piece of bread came and I couldn't taste it.
Panera delivered lunch at my wedding venue for about 30 people the day of our wedding. They arrived on time, followed up to make sure everything was right, and it was a life saver!! Everything was delicious and exactly what we needed!! Thank you so much!
Every Panera had always been good I've been to. This one was no exception. BTW the one i visited in waynesboro is super nice and huge. Fast service, cheerie staff and good food that won't brake the bank.Food: 4/5
I paid almost $15 for a bowl of soup & a HALF a tuna sandwich. If I’m paying all of this then I want the max. This is unfair how these places can charge so much & be so stingy.
This place has really gone down hill. At 10:15am, a few random bagles left and almost no bread. Tried to order an over easy bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, they were of course out of the brioche bun it should come on so I substituted for ciabatta bread and the attached image is the sad excuse for a sandwich I received. I asked the manager for a refund who was only trying to justify that the bread was larger then the brioche and that is the reason for its sad appearance. This was partially the case however the egg was particularly small, over cooked and had no yolk left. It was obvious that there was no care taken to construct this sandwich or to cook it. The restaurant itself was very dirty as were the tables and booth seats. I will no longer go to this location.
The only thing consistent with panera are their soups which are frozen bagged and pre-made paninis. I ordered the steak and cheese which of course is a dollar more but hey I love steak and cheese, hard to mess up steak and cheese- they were out of pickled onions so had me modify the order; I got sauce on the side and arugula and this sad piece of fatty meat garbage is what I got. No arugula no sauce only tears I can cry into my consistently delicious broccoli cheddar soup.
I like the atmosphere here. It has quiet, intimate feel to it. The seats are pretty comfortable. It a nice place to visit with friends or family. If you're single, take a book. Its a great place to read while enjoying a good meal.
The Autumn Butternut Squash soup is to die for. Gluten free, for those whom dont/can't have gluten. Its squash and pumpkin simmered in vegetable broth with select ingredients, including honey, apple juice, cinnamon and a hint of curry, and finished with sweet cream and topped with roasted and salted pumpkin seeds. Oh,sooooo damn good. Please give it a try You won't be disappointed!
