Good service. Good food. Kind of a small menu. Easy to get full on bread and salad. We ended up taking both our main dishes to go. It’s been many years since I
Love Olive Garden. Got the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara and some gnocchi soup as a starter. The blue amalfi was a nice addition to the meal Delicious and filling. Had to take home leftovers!
Probably the best pasta I’ve had besides my grandmas! Try the never ending pasta bowl that comes with a soup or salad for $14.99
5 star review for our fantastic waiter Jaylene. We arrived at the height of the weekend dinner rush and yet they quickly had us seated. Typical Olive Garden food quality, pretty good and definitely filling. The salmon was the best, cooked and seasoned perfectly. Great experience, if we were from the area we’d go back again!
Marisa G. made our meal an exceptional dining experience. She was kind, personable and efficient. The calamari appetizer was well above average and we enjoyed all five entrees. Everything was well prepared and served in a timely manner.
A surprisingly exceptional experience. Any given Olive Garden can usually provide good service, but this one specifically was fantastic! The lobby area is very well laid out, the hostess was incredibly professional she presented herself like she was greeting you at The Ritz, my waiter was more casual but still excellent, and the food was great. Never thought I’d ever be moved enough by a chain restaurant to feel the need to leave a review, but here we are. If you’re in the area, give this place a shot!
Overall, we are satisfied and will continue to come here as Olive Garden is a family favorite. We have had some issues with service quality on some visits. Last night, we had a good experience, we even had a double server situation as one was in training, their lead did a good job of trying to get them the necessary experience they need to work on their own, while also covering down on any gaps in service. Which we are happy to see as that means service in the future should be that much better.
Great service and consistent Olive Garden food.
I was fairly disappointed with both our service and food. Our soups seemed so rationed, I chose the chicken and dumplings and got about three dumplings and pieces of chicken my first bowl then two my second. Our service was poor, granted it was the day after Christmas so I was expecting it to be busy, our server walked past our table several times without checking on us or taking empty dishes from our table. We got our second order of soup as our meal came out, I was hoping it would be sooner.
We have had many great experiences here but the most recent trip was pretty bad. The service wasn't great, my husband and I both found hair in our food. At the end, someone else in our party wanted to pay for the tip but the tablet on the table didn't give that option and our server wasn't coming by very often so wewere left to try to figure it out. That lead to the manager offering to reopen the bill so that we could go back and deal with the tip. She assured us the money already taken out would IMMEDIATELY go back to our account- it did not. The manager then contradicted her previous statement and told us after it was already done it would take at least 5 business days which is incredibly inconvenient budget wise. We would have found another way to tip despite the mediocre service if we had known we would be out an extra $100. They took $3 off the $97 bill "to make up for it" which was honestly just kind of laughable. We weren't expecting to be comped for the hairy food, or the fact that we got charged 2x messing up our whole budget- but $3 did not make up for that in any way.
