I been there for years and had great customer service but, since it's been new people in the office it's been terrible. They are very rude no patience, and very disrespectful. My father took his paper work and left he was very disappointed. I wrote this for my father who was driving.

My very first visit with this dental practice went well. However, upon returning for further dental treatment I was given very rude customer service over the phone when calling to reschedule an appointment. Also, in the lobby of the practice is a giant sign on the wall that clearly states patients rights and responsibilities. In an attempt to exercise the right to report matters concerning my health and dental care needs, the staff was very resistant to my request to leave a message for the dentist and I never received a call back from the dentist's office. The staff was rude. I have been with another dentist my entire lifetime and only recently had to change due to insurance reasons. I would highly NOT recommend this office to anyone. As a health care professional myself I know the importance of delivering quality care and service to patients, and I am very displeased with this practice.

The only reason I was going to this practice was because of Dr Barney, the front desk is very rude. When your Dr leave the practice, I feel his patients should be made aware of it.

This was one of the best visits to the dentist I have ever had. I went in to get my wisdom teeth pulled and I was extremely nervous and very scared. I had Dr. Walker as my dentist and he was extremely comforting. My family and I will continue to go to him for as long as he is there. I was having a panic attack and he helped me calmn down immediately. The dentist was the last place I thought I would learn some amazing life lessons and useful ways to cope with fear. Thank you Dr. Walker! Your the Best!

Dr. Joseph Walker works well with children. My daughter is 16 yrs old she had (4) wisdom teeth removed at one time. She was nervous and extremely sensitive to pain. Dr. Walker was attentive, patient and kind with her. Thank you so much M. Carothers
