If you have options, exercise them and avoid this place. Waited an hour after my appointment  before be put in a room for another hour.  My time is valuable and his team should not pack his schedule if he cant keep up. Just wanted a regular teeth cleaning. Worst dentist visit EVER!

I came in for a root canal and crown. It was done all on the same day. During the procedure, he would break away from me and  work on other patients at the same time! 

Now I have to get an implant on the very same tooth, because infection set in deep.. No surprise there.

Not recommended.

So I was reluctant to schedule with this doctor because of reviews. But I usually just use reviews as a point of reference not a deal breaker but boy was I wrong. Let me say this I did receive an appointment through ZocDoc for the next day which is 4/8 for 10:15. The receptionist calls at 8am to say I could come earlier than my appointment time. I arrived at 9am and I had already completed my new patient forms online. They did take me back very quickly for x-rays. And so this practice knows who is writing this review I WAS IN CHAIR 6! After the x-rays they basically left me waiting. After the dental assistant came in the area about 5 times I finally  asked her was she the one who would be performing the cleaning she stated no it would be Dr.Cohn and he should be in shortly. 45 minutes later after I listened to him with his other patients next to me that He KNEW HIS FAMILY PERSONALLY I MIGHT ADD discuss his schooling and the most recent family outing they had. Oh did I add he performed a root canal on him too??? So at that point I decided to leave. I went to the reception area and let me say they were super friendly and asked for any info from today's visit to prove to my insurance company that I didn't receive any services today beyond x-rays. At this point the front desk was very apologetic and here comes Dr.Cohen looking for the patient that was in chair #6. I explained to him everything and he had the audacity TO STATE YOU KNOW THIS IS A PRIVATE PRACTICE AND NOT A CLINIC? I told him I made the appointment based off this being a private practice and the only reason I was there is because my dentist of 5 years relocated out of town. I'm gonna say that it's because I look very young that he would make such a hasty generalization WHEN HE WAS WRONG and I'm going to leave that fact right there because my mind is starting to wonder seriously. They did email me my xrays to take to another dentist! CHOOSE ANOTHER DENTIST !

Like many before me, I wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling an appointment with Dr. Cohn.  I recently moved to the east side and had to switch dentists.  The staff was very rude and barely even spoke to me.  They called 15 minutes before my first appointment to cancel.  For my second appointment, I waited 1 hour in the lobby and another 45 minutes in the chair.  While waiting in the chair, an assistant came to take x-rays.  She shoved the film in my mouth without even saying a word to me.  She then left and I didn't see anyone for about 40 minutes.  While my husband was waiting in lobby, two other walked out due to lack of service.  I will be heading elsewhere for my cleaning and dental work as I have no confidence in this office.  I read that he also teaches at Case Western.  I'm beginning to questions to legitimacy of their dental program.

Yeah....if you want to be in constant pain this is the guy to go to. My gf went to this individual half a dozen times, not once did he fix her issue and each time she left she was in more pain. 

His greed is shown by the fact that he dragged her in multiple times when he could have gave her the answer over the phone or email, but he had to bring her in to prod around her mouth and inflame it. To top it off, he never prescribed any painkillers or antibiotics. 

Basically this guy is a completely nightmare. Save yourself pain, time, and frustration and fine another dentist. Unless you are a masochist.
