Could be a great area if it weren't for the fake homeless  (and believe me there is a difference!) Harassing a person as you come and go  from shops! Or people who insist on smoking in the breezeway  between HK Cafe and Subway/Starbucks. Security people seem to be more focused on chatting with each other than doing their jobs! Other than that
..it's great😑

To the person that hires the security that circles a certain store. With savings. I don't feel safe, when they circle my classic car. Worth more than their commercial economically common personal vehicle. 

While tweakers get high in the same parking lot. 

As I select what music I want to hear as I navigate the huge savings. 

Smoking a cigarette, while from vehicle to store, like I'm Max.

While exiting with bags filled with the fine knowledge of completion. 

After battling a medium sized mammal for Supremacy for the driver seat. 

As individuals lurk nearby, concluding deals of life.

Full living rooms unfurled from winne to suburban. 

But as I check out extra work... My vehicle insured from Jesus & dinner party. Bet your bottom hoe. I'm told I can't park there & to move on. 

Just spent $1,100..

I've only been to the Walmart here, but, I really like this place. It's very clean and the sidewalks and parking lots are done quite unique. The sidewalks do not slope down to vehicle level at parking lot access ways, the cars drive up to the sidewalk level. Unique variation and it sets the stage for pedestrian right-of-way, as it should be. Pedestrians ALWAYS have the Right-of-Way, except in eminent domain such as Thoroughfares, Freeways and the like. Please keep making the world safer for all of the pedestrians, I am one.

Voted “most-likely to see someone get mugged” by Portland Ghetto weekly, the Eastport Plaza is the next up-and-coming hotspot for sketchy vibes. 5 stars!

Feeling a little adventurous? Why not stop at the Walmart? You are guaranteed to have no less than 3 socially disturbing things happen to you!  Getting hungry? Stop at either of their subway locations, which are only slightly farther apart than your standard Starbucks-to-Starbucks distance.

1/11/18   Ample & easy parking is available throughout Eastport Plaza. (Except in the parking area shared by Dollar Tree, et al.) Entrances & exits from the north, west & south sides are so numerous, only maintenance & security would have need to count them.

Both maintenance & security seem to keep apprised of needs, changes & traffic flow from open to close. All exterior maintenance for the plaza is contracted with a singular company, as is the case for security.

Wal-Mart is open 6 a.m. to midnight, Monday - Sunday. Their hours roughly dictate the hours of the entire plaza. Security begins to nudge & encourage exit of the grounds promptly at 12:00 a.m.

However, the security personnel I encountered on two occasions were realistic, pretty patient & even somewhat helpful as I quickly addressed mechanical issues with my vehicle.

Each of the few businesses which I have patronized over the last few years have to a great degree shared at least two characteristics. The employees of each of them--in varying degrees--have:
 1) Provided good to very good customer service, and
 2) They've continued to leave me with the impression that they want & appreciate the business of every customer who ventures through their door.
