This is a type of mall that basically is just a collection of big box specialty stores, in a small area roughly organized as a neighborhood. It's okay, I've been to three or four of the stores over the years and appears there's only one restaurant there, anymore. At least I think Red Robin was the only one.

The Cost Plus World Market is just like all of their others, although they've taken the focus of foodstuffs that they used to have. They still have a food area but not as big. All of the furniture and accessory items were incredibly overpriced, I am assuming because they probably run big sales on those items. I've also been to the Best Buy electronics store and the Craft Warehouse. Both where as expected.

But it was rather disappointed at the number of empty storefronts that were for lease. Charming Charlie's has just recently closed down or is in the process of it. Part of the reason people like to go to malls like this is because there are many different places to go all in one trip. I don't know if they're charging too much rent or what, but it's definitely a put off.

Will I be back? Sure I will, but only because I need to go to one of the stores that are here, not because the mall was either special or unique.

I like the shopping here and there are plenty of places to eat if you aren't looking for anything fancy. The variety of stores is nice, but there are also a lot of empty spaces. Parking is abundant and it's located in between 2 MAX stops. 1 of those stops has free parking as well. If you aren't looking to travel far to a mall and want to stay in Gresham, I would recommend shopping here.

Good place to shop and eat. Parking is pretty good. Easy to get to and the max stops right by. Close to other shopping as well. I would say this is one of the better places to go shopping on the east side of town.

Great stores for clothing and electronics. Open air market nit a mall each store has their own building also a book store and restaraunts within walking distance.

I went to Panda Express got to love them that food was bomb and great customer service but my kids shop out there and they loved it so I recommended people try it out
