I would prefer to give ZERO stars...

If you have questions, they will answer them... or rather, the supervisor will make up answers to your questions (although the answers are wrong) and pretend like she knows what she's talking about.

Then, this same supervisor will turn to the person next to her (acting as if you can't see or hear her from across the counter) and make personal comments about you and your "stupid" question. 

If you enjoy having your sensitive information loudly discussed over the supervisor's cell phone (on speaker) in the middle of the room, then you should love this place. The use of cell phones on speaker to discuss client's info with the DOL staff in Olympia is completely unacceptable. (This includes D.O.B., Bank Account & Routing #, etc... and only stopped when I interrupted and requested it so.)

If you find the information they've given you is incorrect and return to give them the correct information so that other customers might benefit, the supervisor will not remember that you've ever been in and exclaim to the whole room that you must be confused with another place and then look past you to the next person waiting as if you are a complete waste of her time. 

I will continue to tell everyone I know that this is a horrible place and have even written a letter to the DOL to let them know about the incompetent service at this location.

It is unacceptable for a place of business to treat customers this way.

These guys have been great.  They made retitling 3 cars that were totaled be a fallen tree a piece o' cake whereas the state made it seem like a nightmare.

I live by the DMV on 136th.   I go out of my way to have this office help me.  It is ALWAYS much faster, and I get polite, friendy, and intelligent help EVERY TIME.  Great people.

Moving a vehicle from Idaho to Washington.  Professional, curteous, knowledgeable.  Nothing more expected from a licensing experience.

Unknowledgeable and not the most friendly with my first interaction. The guy at the counter told me I had to pay tax to register my Oregon vehicle in Washington. I bought the vehicle in 2005 (12 years ago) - very odd as I know this is inaccurate. Being new into a job is fine but misinforming a customer instead of asking can be problematic. The lady who helped me when I returned was nice but seemed annoyed (almost as if I was inconveniencing her). Positive is the no wait time (Tues, noonish).
