Extremely clean, well organized, has everything you need, and had answeres to all my questions, and prices are the same as any other medical supply store, but they do have discount coupons in the ad magazine! There a ONE stop shop, I didn't have to go from store to store loooking for what I needed. I will definitely go back and send all my friends and relatives. And they do accept refunds, just not on any Incontinence items, such as diapers or commodes because that's the law and also very un sanitary. :)

Friendly service, very helpful. Easy to talk to. Explained use of the equipment in easy to understand terms. Reasonable pricing.

The prices are way high and they do not give refunds. You are better off going on Amazon or to WalMart.

Wonderful place to shop very clean and organized large showroom had every thing I needed for my mom the people there were very nice and knowledgeable they even had rental equipment
