Poor service wouldn't take my health insurance even thought they were on the list of where I can go.   They don't care how sick you are. Never will I go back there again

120$ to take a staple out. No thank you. Not only that it took an hour of sitting in the "urgent" cares waiting room to tell me that. I never in my life though I would say this but your better off going to Simi valley hospital than going here.

My husband became ill while we were traveling. I did not want to deal with taking him to a Kaiser facility, so I chose Med Center based on the positive reviews. We were treated wonderfully and seen promptly, and they allowed my husband to wait in the exam room while I filled his prescriptionson nearby. The cost was extremely reasonable, and I'm sure less than we would have paid at Kaiser. I would certainly return if necessary and highly recommend.

Don't go here. I ended  up leaving. I brought my kid in  with very serious symptoms (sepsis like)  and all I did was ask that the receptionist talk to the doctor about the Symptoms to make sure it wasn't more serious than what it was, and all she was worried about was my benefit card and how my going to pay for this. And I asked her a second time and she said you're just gonna have to wait till the doctor can see you. So I went somewhere else and had terrific results. Will never go here again. All she had to do was talk to a nurse or something and show that she really cared...

Urgent Care is one of those things most of us don't look into until the need is urgent, and then most of us probably head to the closest facility or the one that is open. I've been to another urgent care facility in town, and the experience wasn't one that left me with a urge to leave a review. It was very 'meh'. Med Center's staff members were quick, thorough, and had great people skills, something one doesn't always find in a medical care setting. They are open until 8pm, M-F, and both days of the weekend. I feel so fortunate to have found this place!
