Since they've added self check-in kiosks I've had improved experiences. Before I'd have to wait in line for what seemed like forever. The service here is decent and what you'd normally expect from Kaiser.

Even the medicine pickup line now moves quickly. It should be a breeze getting appointments and getting your refills when a second Kaiser office opens in Simi later this year.

2 hours for what should have been just a check up and X-Ray.
Appointment was at 950, 1215 now.. still waiting .

I've seen several doctors from this facility and have always been extremely happy. 
The pharmacy is also quick and helpful.

Worst first time experience ever. I will be the first to admit that I'm anxious in public and especially in a new doctors office. Being a gulf war vet I believe I have that right. Instead of listening they preached charter and doctrine to me. Made my own appointment with specialist and will pay cash. Will never return to your office.!!!!   The skin tag was not the problem being in your office was.THANKS FOR NOT LISNTING.
