Kenn (Owner) has been fitting 4 generations of cyclists. He enjoys riding the famous Paul Bunyan Trail (Longest and Widest trail in the US) and Cuyuna Lakes Mountain Bike Trails located 9 miles from our door (Rated top 10 in US). Greg (Sales Mngr) takes time to hear your needs and fit you into them. Greg is also the Disc Golf Pro/Coarse Designer in our area. Brian (Store Overseer/Service Mngr) is a Trek Certified Expert Technician with more than a decade of ski & snowboard industry experience as a pro athlete and in precision manufacturing and operations. He will do everything possible to get you and your equipment performing to best in class standards. Mike, Luke, Jim & Gus are eager to serve our clients.

Reviews

We went to get our skates sharpened here and the employees were incredibly rude. When we asked how long it would take, they replied "I don't know. I'll see after you pay." They then said it would take 2 hours to sharpen them when it's suppose to take like 10 minutes. I understand that they said they have other things to work on but they were all standing around doing nothing and clearly goofing around.

We've bought 3 bikes (2 Trek Mtn bikes and 1 Redline BMX)  from them in the past 8 months, thankfully we are treated well when we go there, which is frequently. We mainly only deal with the manager and a couple of the other younger sales  guys who've been great. I've had 2 of the bikes in for the routine servicing and also for repairs. I'm concerned that I'm already having issues with these expensive Trek bikes when they are only a couple months old. They were charging me for some of the services but most of it was overturned and included as warranty work, thankfully. I had a few "concerns" with a couple of the "staff" initially but since going in so often I the past year, those issues have resolved for the most part. I only avoid 1 person there, if possible lol. 
Prices are basically straight across the board for the Trek bikes no matter where you buy them but it's the accessories that are priced a bit high in my opinion. Or maybe if you're buying multiple items, that a more significant discount could be given. 
I take EVERYTHING into consideration when giving stars so I really want to do 5 stars but due to the issues with the new bikes, initial staff concerns and the pricing/discounts, I would normally go with 4 stars BUT... ONLY because of the 4 different guys that have been helping my son and I every time we're in there.... Am i giving them 5 stars... I'd list their names but don't want to get one of them wrong!

Not helpful at all! Stopped in quick to asked for some advice on a bike issue , they said the maintenance area was closed for the night as they we're working on bikes!  Funny, as the store did not close for another 2 hours. Might be a good place to buy something, just don't  ask for advise or assistance. Might be time to find a new owner or employees that want to help the cycling community! I

I received terrible customer service especially from the owner of the store. I brought my bike in to have it serviced and when they called me one hour later to tell me it was ready I went into the store and it wasn't even done all they did was replace the two bolts I ask them to replace if they had them and they cut my crank arm so they could remove the bolt. They were trying to charge me a labor charge of almost $100 for something that took them 5 minutes. they didn't even finish their job so I told them that I wasn't going to pay them for something they couldn't finish. I then asked to speak to the boss of the store and the customer service guy that I was originally speaking to told me that it was only going to make stuff worse if I talk to him. So I left with my bike Incomplete and I'm not going back. Terrible Ownership service.

I work there and it's the first job I have ever had. The bikes there are fun to build. The owner is a good guy and a great boss.
