They are the best bicycle shop north of the Twin Cities in my opinion. I drive from Blaine to use them. Great prices, great service and kind people. We do all of our bike business with them! I am shocked that anyone has any trouble with them. I'm in the store 4 times a summer and I've never had any issues.

They offer fantastic customer and repair service. I would highly reccomend this locally owned business that is fair and honest.

Last week I stopped in the store for the 1st time...was greeted and given all the info right away...for me...I hate that...but its good customer service....went yesterday...again...right away I was greeted and given all the info, and told the rep to give me some time, so great service...just not for me...but they are doing what they need to do...and I put a bike on lay away for pick up today. The sales person (young man), was very helpful when I asked for help, knew the bikes very, very well, and helped me with accessories, going shortly (May 12th, 2015) to pick up my bike....I asked about a Military discount, and the owner approved a Military discount personally. I have to say this is one of the best shops I have been to, and they really have really good prices.

Third time's the charm? Sadly no. Three times I have walked into this store with the intention of making a purchase, and three times I have not been greated at the door, or helped even after 5 minutes of looking at new cycling gear and equipment. Today I rode my bike up looking for new shoes and pedals for my road bike, but having never used a clipless system I had a few questions, but alas, even when I was the only customer in the store I was completely ignored. As someone who works in a retail environment, I know what good customer service looks like....and you won't get it here. Maybe Eric's will take my money.

Really? The owner claimed to have trues my wheels, but wouldnt acknoweldge that bmx wheels take different spoke tension than road bikes. Messed my wheels up and ultimatly bent my wheels in half. They didnt even offer to look at the wheels ans simply said it was my fault. Worst shop around.
