Found the staff helpfull. Have a great selection of bikes and accessories on hand. If they don't have what you need can always order it in. A year later now June 2017 I will still give them a 5 star rating. They helped me process a warranty on a head light that they easily could have made me do on my own. The staff still is super helpfull.

Got what I needed quickly with great customer service. Give them a go if you need something bike related, or repairs done.

The staff here is the best. My husband and I were first using a local competitor's store when we moved to StC (in 2015) but we quickly learned the competitor wasn't all that interested in keeping our repairs reasonable or helping us pick out affordable but safe bikes and equipment. I was welcomed at Erik's and what a huge difference it makes! they have helped us with repairs (kept them reasonable) and we have since bought a couple of bikes and various pieces of gear from them. Such a smart investment in their future - to create a good relationship with us so we keep coming back - and we know they'll give us straight info about gear.

The staff here are very committed to helping  customers and finding them the right bike. They have extensive knowledge of their products and are happy to answer any questions. If you are in the market for a new bike, board, or skis I highly recommend ERIK'S Bike Board Ski.

After shopping at Scheels we thought we would check out Erik's bike shop. Let me say "WHAT A DIFFERENCE".  We were not met at the door by a pushy salesman rather given a few minutes to look around first. As soon as we were ready to ask some questions salesman Brian was so eager and willing to help.  He was professional, not pushy, and very knowledgeable. He was happy to make adjustments to the bike so I could feel the difference in handlebar positions.  We will definitely be buying our bikes from Erik's. Not only was the shopping experience much more enjoyable but the prices and quality in my opinion far surpassed the local competition.   A+ in my book.
