I have to give a huge thumbs up to Ace Hardware and the manager, Steve. I recently purchased some outdoor chairs that appear to be defective and Steve has gone above and beyond in terms of acknowledging and owning the problem and replacing the chairs. Thank you, Ace Hardware Homewood!  Shop local!

Home Depot couldn't make a working copy of my house key, after 2 failed attempts I decided to try Ace.  Ebels Ace made me a copy right on the first try, also picked up a trash can, had looked at thee same one at depot and all of theirs were dented. Ace stock was all in good shape.  Nice hardware store, helpful staff.  Depot might beat them on avg price,  but Ace seems a step up in service.
