The first lady i spoke to was about to trash my phone and replace it via insurance.  Then she called big bruh with the harden beard & he brought my phone back from the death loop. I was just about to blame t mobile since the S8 is coming out. Seems like phones break as soon as new ones come out.

Staff has always been knowledgeable and helpful, but everything always seems to take forever. They never forget to offer you the free options that require paid data plan.

If you come to Tmobile in country club hills, ask to speak with Priscilla. Yes, she is beautiful and she is also a really nice, sweet, and cooperative person and she will help you with anything. She doesn't try to get you to buy different stuff, she just gets down to business. Come and speak with her.
