I went there a couple of weeks ago pretty late and they invited me to fill out a survey but ofcourse I lost my receipt. My auntie and I were there shopping and the restrooms were horrific. We asked about 10 people to tell someone that it needed to be cleaned and we waited about 45 minutes. The associates reminded us that there were washrooms in the back but my aunt legs were in pain. We sat on the bench and the cleaners still hadn't come. I'll Never Forget a young lady whom I think was a supervisor went in and cleaned 2 stalls for us with no attitude Wish I remembered her name.

Caesar salad in a bag look at the date on it said October 23rd but the lettuce brown and corroded looking so I reached in the back of the line to grab another bag of Caesar salad and it said October 18th. so they don't rotate their salads. I look at the remaining salad's, like coleslaw, Garden salad every salad bag over there was all brown and corroded there at all I wouldn't recommend it to anybody

The auto center is a joke!! Customer service sucks. Two Female Walmart associates had a whole life conversation while I'm waiting on my 2 hour oil change. They don't friendly acknowledge the customers when entering with a greeting and they don't follow up with customers to let them know how much longer they're wait will be. Not to mention,  I requested a standard oil change in which I later found out that I needed synthetic-I reluctantly changed my mine to proceed with the oil change. However, when I made the decision to to go ahead and get the service done, I was already told that it was already done!! Really????? It would've been beneficial to have told me about me needing synthetic before you proceeded and finished!!!! What if I didn't want to go through Walmart for my service. This location is very  unprofessional and attitudes are the worst. I will never return to this location!!! The manager was sympathetic and also apologetic  after expressing my concern and offered the price of a standard oil change instead of synthetic. Paying for the synthetic oil was not the problem, it's the poor customer service and un-professionalism that was a huge problem for me. This doesn't stop here , I will be contacting the district manager and also corporate.

I went to Walmart in country club hills, Il listening to a friend the worst decision of my time. Workers aren’t knowledgeable of products or services they provide. Managers take forever to return items, staff is horrible no common sense and I will never go here for any car services. Please take your vehicle to a realible company. Walmart stick to what you know because fixing vehicles not your thing.

Never again. I was here mainly to buy some plastic bins. It is so disorganized. Some Lids nowhere near the containers, other lids had no container. I do not understand how the manager could tolerate this mess. They need to close the section down for a while and get it organized.
