I called simply to ask whether I could return my purchase to the Foxon Rd location although I made the purchase in the Milford mall speaking to an Erica who proceeded to unprofessional unprofessionaly hang up on me even though I wasn't done talking! I called back & she identified herself as a manager!!! WOW shame on Eblens for having someone like that in a position of authority & even after I told get that I had a recording of the conversation and intended to contact corporate she condescending condescendingly stated her name again & hung up! I am an avid shopper & new to Eblens but after this experience I won't be returning unless the situation is handled properly by the higher ups..... Save yourself the time & hassle of dealing with ignorant people & go to Champs were everyone is well trained & knows how to treat a customer with kindness & courtesy!!!!!!!

They have a good selection of clothes but they don't ever have any big man sizes I mean I'm a 4X sized guy in shirts and I have a 44 inch waist in pants and they never ever have or ever had something in my size and on to the sneakers sizes they never have 9 thru 10 1/2 so I have finally decided to go to a different store that carries big men clothing like Jimmies army and navy on whalley Ave in new haven
