My front axel broke yesterday morning. I called Monro and let them know of the situation and that I would be having my car towed there.  They were able to get the parts and have my car up and running that evening.

+They called me before starting any work and gave me a good faith estimate.
+didn't have parts and hand and were able to get them same day.
+showed me the parts they replaced and explained what happened to the part.

Both managers were professional, courteous and thorough upon my appointment for an oil change. They were informative and helpful. Also, they made sure they used floor mats and seat covers so the interior of the car would not get soiled. Excellent service.

I had new rotors  and pads installed on the front of my car and pads on the back as well as an oil change.  They charge me for the pads on the front which I wasn't supposed to be charged for because I have lifetime replacement.  It's been two weeks and I am still waiting for credit.   They had my car for an entire day and most of the next morning to do these simple procedures.  After I drove away with my car I had to go back because they didn't bleed the brakes properly and they weren't stopping my car completely.  So I had to waste yet another hour. Two days later they started making a horrible screeching sound so I brought my car to another shop where they told me the back pads on the driver side were installed improperly.  I had to waste yet another Saturday waiting for them to put a new rotor and pads on.  They never topped  off my brake fluid so the brake light kept coming on even after I told them about it.  They must have filled my wiper fluid because they left the Off of the reservoir.  After all of that my brakes are still  making a terrible grinding sound when I drive. I am never going back, these people are completely incompetent

I found that prices were extremely high there was an incident where there was some work done on my vehicle was charged six hundred bucks more than what it was then I found out when I came back because it'll guy gave me a coupon for a free oil change he got fired so you can fill in the blanks this is the one on Route 80 went back not too long ago there was another person there I guess a manager he tried to take me for a ride also I'll never be back there again not to that one
