Moved in in Oct 2016. Not even 24hrs into move in roaches were ALL over, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, & living room. I notified the office and was told that the previous tenant never complained. The AC unit didn't work when I moved in. The cabinets in the kitchen need to be replaced. I've been told since October that my cabinets would be replaced. 7 months into my lease and still nothing. Every time I call about this I'm told that they will be ordered, yet they were supposed to be ordered in October. I recently have noticed someone coming into my apartment unauthorized-leaving used bandages, removing items from the kitchen drawers and placing them on counters. I had a package mysteriously appear 1hr after I filed a police report that it was missing. Today I have brown water coming out of all my faucets. I've called emergency maintenance for the past 2hrs and still no response. If I could give this "community" a lower review I definitely would. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!

We have only lived here for a few months but we have loved the experience. The office staff is always warm, welcoming and pleasant to talk to. They really show that they care for their tenants and go out of their way to make us feel at home. Every time I've needed something, the work order was put in right away and fixed the same day.

I have only lived at Echelon Park since February of this year, 2016, but I love it. The location is very convenient to shopping, schools, restaurants, etc. As they say, location, location, location. The apartments are spacious. I know this because I looked at many apartments in cities around Atlanta, before choosing Echelon. The grounds and pool are very well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, all my neighbors are nice too. I am glad to call Echelon Park HOME...

This place has drastically improved within the past year with Management and Maintenance! I just recently transferred from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and have never had any issues. Maintenance is always here within a day or two to fix anything. The office staff is nice and very attentive. They are getting gates this year and have upgraded some of the apartments for the better. I have never really had any issues. The apartments here are very spacious and reasonably priced.

I have been living here for almost eight months and I can truly say this is a very nice complex. It's quiet, clean, and a pleasant atmosphere. The office staff is phenomenal. I would definitely recommend a friend to live here! Good Job Management Staff :)
