Woodlawn Park Apartments was our first home when we relocated to the state of Georgia. We were impressed with how well kept the grounds were and how nice the apartments were. We didnt have many problems there and those that we did have were handled immediately by Phyllis and Tammy (I believe this was her name). Our family enjoyed using the amenities the pool, the exercise room, the laundry room and the business office when the computers were up and running. We stayed for one year and in that time we had minimal issues.

The apartments are cheap for a reason !!! The walls ARE CHEAP AND THIN AS HELL !!! EVERYTHING my neighbors upstairs do I can hear it !! I've been complaining for months and nobody has done ANYTHING!!! Within the first 2 weeks after I moved in I received a notice on my door saying I had a balance of .50 and if I didn't pay within 3 days I would be put out !! I go in the office to ask what it was and she says oh everybody has a balance but couldn't explain WHY !!!! I would not recommend these to ANYBODY .. we have no lines for the Parking spaces people take up 2 and 3 parking spaces at night I have to park at the bottom no where near my building ..
