Echo park has once again gone above and beyond. The buying experience was great, but the servicing experience was even better. The easy to use on line quote system allowed me to see what needed to be fixed, what was suggested to maintain, and things to think about for the future. There are no high pressure sales, you can just select what you want to be done. The pricing is up front and everything was consistent with the bid, actually lower! I have never left a car service place and the actual cost is less than quoted, but this time it was. The agents did their homework and called me to let me know I didn't need some services, there for lowering my cost. Good job Echo Park! Thank you.

The folks at Echo Park were great to work with! They don’t work on commission, so it was not your typical car buying experience. The sales team is very laid back and they are truthful when it comes to the cars you are looking at. Our sales representative Nate was fantastic! I researched online what I wanted to look at and the whole process from beginning to end was only a couple of hours! They now have you sign most documents electronically so this saved a lot of time as well, not to mention reducing the carbon footprint. Head over to Echo Park for your next car purchase!

I just bought a car here. I should have not come back because I've been in the market for a car. The first time I was double booked for a test drive so even though I was on time and early coming straight from work the other person was here moments before. Then I bought a car thinking I'm getting the car washes and after I buy the car they inform me that they are no longer doing that anymore. Way to ruin a first time car purchase. Would have been nice to know before I actually bought the car. It was a great selling point, one I thought I was getting. Issue resolved! Grateful. 🤗Just a heads up, they may not be doing the complimentary car washes anymore. 😕 I really hope they come up up with a better solution because for me, it really set them apart. There's a few places that do no haggle pricing, but nobody is actually looking out for your investment. If I can keep it clean, I can trade it in at a future time. It will keep my eyes on your lot and that kind of service is something to rave about. Sorry I was so disappointed about not getting the car wash included I was just super excited about it that I told everyone that's what I really liked about this dealership! 😄 I'm looking forward to working with them in the future!

Outstanding experience overall. I love their business model and I highly recommend them. Great selection of vehicles, however I was after one they advertised online. Truck was in great shape and the price was below blue book. Found some issues after the first day of driving and they took care of them no questions asked. No pressure, helpful people, I'll be back when this one wears out!

Good prices but you get what you pay for. The Jeep I drove had a door lock issue (so much for a 120 point inspection) and the other ones where pretty beat up. There was also a weird white residue on most of the cars. My salesman was very helpful(he is the reason they got more than one stars)
