Cody helped my husband and me purchase a car last Friday, and it was the simplest car buying experience we have ever had.

We were in and out in under two hours, including the test drive and financing.  When we arrived, Cody was prepared, and the car was in the showroom for us to examine. It was clean and beautiful, so we went on a test drive.  All our questions were answered, and at no point did we feel any sales pressure.  The no-haggle pricing made it easy to finalize the transaction without awkward negotiations.  The paperwork was quick and easy, and we were on our way.

I recommend this place to any prospective car buyers.

If you are looking for pure transparency, this is the location to visit. Hands down. I requested an appraisal of my vehicle at another location and the experience was abrupt with limited feedback regarding rationale behind the valuation. On the other hand, visiting Echo Park was simply easy and quick. Even more importantly, my appraiser, Cody Hellander, was very professional and forthright with the numbers.

Ultimately, Echo Park beat out the competition by $1000 in the appraisal of my vehicle. This is probably due to the fact that each employee is salary and doesn't receive commissions on buying or selling vehicles. Translation: honest, upfront opinions. 

I highly recommend anyone and everyone to visit this location.

Had to make an edit to this post as well! The interior layout of the facility is amazing. There are plenty of outlets for electronics and individual tables if you need to continue working while waiting. Also, the refreshments were by far the best I've received -- ACTUAL french vanilla lattes for free!

I really like the look and feel of the waiting areas. Plenty of outlets to charge your phone and watch movies/play games while you wait. It's also nice to be able to see the working area. Employees will do small talk, but don't waste your time with conversation. Prices seem relatively competitive, but I haven't compared them directly. Even if they are slightly higher, it's worth the aesthetic and service.

EDIT: After having my jeep for over a month, I have had several issues. My jeep developed death wobble (shakes violently and you cannot steer), which the service department failed to diagnose and said all was good.  I got my tires checked for balance, but couldn't get serviced because my tires were the incorrect size for the wheels, so I purchased new wheels at MY COST. Took it to high country 4x4 for an inspection, they determined the ball joints were bad. After waiting several weeks to get them replaced by the dealer I still have a bad wobble, but not as bad. Got my tires road force balanced and it turns out they are badly cupped due to the bad ball joints and I was told they are unsafe to drive on. The dealer is now refusing to replace them even though this is due to the issue I purchased it with. I would highly recommend thinking twice about this dealer because you are probably purchasing an unsafe vehicle. Still fighting to try to get this situation figured out. I shouldn't have to put thousands of dollars into a vehicle I just purchased with a dealer warranty. If this all gets sorted out I will change my review.

Edit:
I have tried talking to Dan. When I did get a hold of him he wasn't very understanding and didn't want to do anything for me. Now he won't answer or respond to the voicemails I've left him. Terrible customer service...

After my unhappy experience, I will say after speaking to Daniel V. Who made the problems I encountered and overcharging right by giving me two free oil changes n tire rotations with each.. letting me voice my concerns taking accountability for his team.. I appreciate this!! This has changed my rating and experience, thank you Daniel!!
