They hit me with a fuel charge even though I returned the truck at the same level as I got it at. Apparently their system did not have the right level when I checked out. I made 5 calls to correct the mistake and each time the manager (Jorge) was unavailable. He once left me a voicemail asking me to confirm that my address was correct so they could issue a 'microcheck'. I did but nothing ever came in the mail. This place is disorganized and incapable of resolving routine stuff.

Best Uhaul experience ever! The owner John was the best! We grabbed the wrong size trailer and he made the switch out as easy as possible. His employees are great too.. they even moved our mattress between trailers. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff. If the person you are talking to doesn't know the answer, they will happily track down someone who can. Very professional staff, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Got a good deal on price for the amount of days we had it. Truck ran smooth, no problems with pickup and turn in.

Talk about lacking customer service and basic kind interactions. The guy inside was nice, the guy outside was awful! His tone, the way he was talking to my mother and just his demeanor in general. It takes a lot to get me fired up but this guy..... I will never come back to this location. I will never recommend this location. And by the looks of reviews already management could give two sh***. Go somewhere else.
