I can't say enough about Erick from ECO Automated Designs...my husband and I had a fabulous experience with him. Erick was great to work with in the design and implementation of our Control4 system, but more importantly, he was extremely responsive to any issue that resulted from usage of the system. He has an incredible work ethic and his customer satisfaction is very important to him. I would highly recommend him!

Erick is very customer centric. He is proactive and come to our house to help us design the system connecting lights, TVs, and speakers in multiple rooms. His work is of high quality and reliable. We are enjoying our new smart TV and sound system everyday.

Erick and his company are fantastic. They go above and beyond to meet your expectations!! We previously were using Digital Innovations to service our control4 system and they were terrible. Thankfully through word of mouth we found ECO. They were able to correct a lot of programming issue that the previous company did not have set properly, which was preventing us from getting the most out of your system.

I worked with Erick who did a great job in the design and implementation of my Control4 system.  Great to work with and everything is working smoothly.  I would recommend them to anybody looking to install or upgrade their AV, theater, or home automation systems.
