This place shouldn't even get 1 🌟. Maybe it's because of the bad location and crime but the room had filthy AC vent,can't imagine what the filter looked like. No refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot ,iron, but there was an ironing board,go figure. The two towels ,and only 2 towels,we're so thin and old I had to use both of them to dry off with,and no hand towels,2 very cheap wash clothes. The remote to the TV also did not work. One pillow in one bed, two in the other, they were so worn and flat you had to use almost all 3 to make one pillow. There only $3.00 at the Dollar store. The next morning around check out time, one of the owners, Indian of course came by and ask if we were checking out and my reply was," Is there someone waiting to get in here???" It's check out time he said. I couldn't believe it! What was the hurry. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless another major earthquake, hurricane or something else mother nature throws at us. In fact these people ought to open this place up for the homeless so they can get a free shower and warm place to sleep. This place probably can't even pass an inspection . I'm glad I didn't pay for the room, but the person who did got screwed because they should not charge ,in fact they should have paid him to let us stay in such a weak,cheap room.

Terrible, 1st no frig,microwave,coffee pot , iron, 2 towels that are so old and thin I had to use both of them to dry off. The tub was dirty, the remote to tv didn't work, no ice bucket but the ice machine didn't work either!! Air conditioner front had dust falling out so I can't imagine what the filter looks like.I wouldn't recommend this hotel to the homeless, as desperate as their poor souls may be out in this cold weather.I'm also glad I didn't have to pay for the room because any amount is way too much. Cheap and dirty.

This room had bugs.. bullet holes in the door, no remote, old ass TV, dirty sheets and cloths, dirty bathroom and walls.. just nasty.. ashes everywhere and dirty phone.. plus it was no hot water. The door in our room led to the next room. NEVER AGAIN

No hot water in faucet; Tub and toilet had dirt scumb stains; Poop stains are on the back of toilet lid.; Filthy telephone and walls in the room;  No clock in the room; refrigerator has moldy smell; I called front desk, no answer; I went to the front desk to check out where the clerk had apologies but no compassion, no service, no discount, no refund, only he wanted me to believe that they actually have a cleaning service.  Stay here at this location at your own risk...I wonder if their corporate office knows about how poor this location is??
