At check in for the room #117 lady was very rude, I did not have the credit card that I had made the reservation with. She asked me if I had a picture of it or the number. I told her that I did not carry a copy of my credit card but I could call me daughter to get the number off of it and she could send me a photo of it. The lady asked me if the card belonged to me that the reservation was made with. I informed her that I had checked into 2 other rooms the day before and did not have a problem because I did not have my card. Because I was not using that card to pay for the rooms, that each person was paying cash or using another form of payment. She pulled the other reservation to clarify that i was the same person. The bathroom smelled like urine and floor needed moping, could not adjust a/c temperature. Hotel need a lot of work. Breakfast was trouble, just waffles, cereal and coffee. Room did not have an iron nor ironing board, no coffee pot, no shampoo, hair conditioner, nor lotion.

Was a decent place, reasonably priced. We evacuated corpus christi during hurricane Harvey and stayed here a few nights. While checking out, my wife left her crucifix and ring set on the bathroom vanity. She hadn't noticed until we got back to corpus. I called, they had it and will be mailing it back to us. I give this particular place 5 stars for their honesty as well as the general helpfulness of the staff. I would stay here again.

Staff was nice rooms could use updating , but we were able to get in for a good cheap rate and we were comfortable.

This place is basically a dump. Stayed Friday and Saturday night. Got there about 10 Friday night and when I woke up Saturday morning I was covered in bed bugs as well as my wife and my children. The room had a peculiar smell to it, one that I cannot describe. I scooped up one of the bugs on to the key card cover and took it to the front office. I said we got issues here and presented my find, the clerk very understandably freaked out. She offered to put us up in another room which was fine with me. Unfortunately it was a ex smoking room and stunk horribly. The carpet was absolutely gross and was so sticky our socked feet stuck to the carpet. As I did our previous room I checked the beds and could not find any bugs. Fortunately there were none in this room this time. I had a conversation with whom I guess was the owner and was refunded $50 for our stay. The grass was unkept the sidewalks we're broken and uneven. The only positive thing that I could say about this place is that the pool was in great condition of all things. I do not suggest this place find somewhere else.
