Was there returning a Budget rental truck. The woman inside was incredibly rude. She was from Hillcrest Inn. She threatened to charge me the refueling fee. I assured her that the tank was full. She went on to say that she had already charged the fee to 2 others and that she wasn't going to do my job for me. I asked if she wanted to go check the fuel with me. She refused saying that she didn't have time to do that. I'm not sure what the arrangement between Hillcrest Inn and Budget is but this woman acted as if she was doing me a favor. She ended up charging the fee. It was completely unjustified. I feel like she was upset to be working New Year's day. Will never stay at Hillcrest Inn thanks to the encounter I had with this woman.

Wonderful place. Quiet and reasonable prices.  Convenient location and a really nice landlady.

I have stayed here at this place and I love it. The manager goes out of her way to make sure these rooms are good and ready to rent out. I can guarantee you that you will not find another room/efficiency for this price in this town . Any negative comment is only out of disrespect and rudeness. This comes from someone who has worked in plenty of so called nice motels in this town.

was a little uneasy at first, because i was exhausted..had my little dog with me she was very welcome and loved the owner. room was a little musty but so are expensive places, quiet and quaint, will stay there again when visiting. carpet was a little stained but most carpet is . was clean otherwise. tv was a bit wonky.
