Like Hotel CA. You check in but you never check out. New managers are super and the place has gotten spruced up lately- luv it! :-)

Receiving staff was helpful. Staff had to cut trees at parking spot to park my bumper pull. This is mainly a park that caters to permanent mobile homes. Parking spots for rv's is not friendly. There is no internet tho it is advertised. You will not get a refund if you have to leave early. We arrived Tuesday afternoon and had to leave Friday morning due to a death in the family. We had planned to stay for and paid for a week. NO REFUNDS. Getting in and out takes a lot of timing as it is on the main drag in downtown Kerrville. You cannot see the sign till you go past it. Would I recommend it. NO NO NO.

Moved in after a bad experience at another park. Have lived here for 4 years now. Haven't found another park like this one anywhere in Texas. Great people and lots of things to do. Would recommend Take It Easy to anyone looking for a park for one day or a life.

I never made it past the call to reserve a spot (so in filling this survey out I am going to assume the facilities and quality of service lies in line with what I have experienced so far). The person answering the phone answered and there was an awkward second or two of silence before he mustered the laborious effort of saying, "well, you called me". Really??? If this is how much effort you put into answering your business phone I don't want want to know how you run the rest of your business. I mean I would hate to disrupt an afternoon nap or forbid I should actually ask for something that takes a little effort like checking me in... Very unprofessional! I know y'all are in the country and all but a little courtesy and phone etiquette never hurt any business.
