We believe that a lot of packaging is unnecessary so we’ve removed it; just bring your own containers and reuse them each time you shop.
This means you can buy just the amount you want and save money by not wasting anything. And going packaging-free means less waste goes to landfill.

DELI:
Many of our deli items are designed for special diets such as wheat free, gluten free, dairy-free, vegetarian or vegan. Ask our clerks for suggestions to match your needs.

Our Deli features fresh salads and sandwiches as well as preservative-free meats and local cheese, house-made dips and salsas, sauerkraut and other lacto-fermented products. In addition we have lasagna, pies, meat and vegan patés—ALL MADE FROM SCRATCH in our certified kitchen using only the freshest ingredients and local organic produce. The deli also offers in-house roasted beef, lamb, bison and turkey, minimally seasoned with no preservatives, or coloring agents. And we use recyclable and compostable to-go containers.

STILL CARRY:
- Soap Exchange products which are 100% biodegradable, re-using bulk and commercial packaging thereby reducing waste, providing quality products while reducing costs to the consumer.

We also carry a wide variety of sustainable clothing made by designers locally, within Canada, and by wonderful fair-trade companies. You'll find clothing made from bamboo, hemp, organic cotton, lyocell, azlon (from soybeans), eucalyptus and recycled silk.
We are also proud to offer socially and environmentally responsible toys that are safe for our kids and our planet. Lots of creative play options, wood toys, books and art & craft supplies, and even locally made toys!
