There are 3 representative in total and only one helping with the checkout. We and a person in front of us have been in the line for 5min with 1 person's checking out process interrupted because she went and find other items. None of the other 2 representatives were helping and they were chatting with each other. The line has been 6 people constantly and the actual checking out process took 10min precisely with 1 person in front and 1 checking out. Again, 1 representative only. Even when the line has constantly 6 people waiting.
