I have been a loyal customer of the Buckle for many years however this was my first time shopping at this location. When I walked in I walked past 2 employees chit chatting and went to look at the jeans I typically buy. I hovered around this area with my aunt forma good 15 minutes, we were never greeted or approached. Finally we left walking right past the two employees near the door who never even looked up. Part of why I shop at the Buckle is the high quality jeans (I buy Miss Me) but the other part is the personal experience I have come to expect from the store in Portage where I usually shop...I feel like if I'm going to spend that kind of money the least you can do is help me out, get me a dressing room and pay a little attention. I got none of that at the Jackson location. We ended up going to Maurices where I did get the experience I was looking for AND quality jeans....they carry Vigos at that location which are good quality and a slightly better price. I'll be going there from now on when I'm in Jackson. Don't waste your time with this Buckle location.
