No winter coats for women yet, young cashier over charged me, didn't give me my percent off on sale sweaters, left store , didn't seem right, checked receipt, went right back handed been gone 15 min store closed,lights out! Live 45 min away, now have to go all the way back tomorrow! Not happy! Never ever had this problem before at jc Penney's! Love to shop there!

The staff is very friendly, and it's a relatively slow store so you can always find someone to help you find what iylt is you're looking for by and associate who is seemingly happy to help. So in my opinion four 4-stars is is definitely deserved despite the selection not being able to be described as "an overabundance of choices."

Many of the clothes I do not care for so I need to search for styles and fabrics I like. Sales are very good and I appreciate those.
